Attack Table Tennis, LLC is an independent, online table tennis clothing and related gear store. We are a small business operation and have limited quantities of our unique logoed gear and that may affect the time it takes for us to replace a returned item. For example, in the USA you will receive your original order in 1-7 business days, however, receipt of a replacement order may take 3 to 14 days.

WHAT can be returned?

All Attack Table Tennis items can be returned. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction in our products. We do, however, want to know the reason for your return, so please complete the Return Report included with your order.

Please return items for a refund or replacement to Attack Table Tennis no later than 30 days from receipt of goods

HOW do you return an item?

1. The item or items you are returning – a brief description

2. The reason you are returning the item (Use the Return Report included with your item)

• The size is incorrect

• You want a different color

• You changed your mind

• You received the wrong item

• You found a defect

Please let us know if you are requesting a refund or replacement. Place the item in a proper shipping container (use the original if possible), along with a completed Return Report and ship (mail) it to us at the above address.

WHO pays for shipping returned items?

Attack Table Tennis will be responsible for all shipping costs related to your original purchase plus 100% refund for the item or replace the item if:
1. You found a defect in the item
2. You do not feel the item received is as described on our web site

You, the customer, will be responsible for all shipping costs related to your purchase if you are returning the item because:
1. You ordered the wrong size
2. You want a different color
3. Other similar reasons that we could not control.

We will, of course, send you a full refund of the cost of the item or exchange the item as per your request.
